TOO BUSY TO THINK OF A TITLE

ArtsDepot, 2011

In 2011, KinkyFish ran a competition inviting submissions from new writers meeting the brief ‘Hope & Rage’, and two winners were selected. The first of those winners was Too Busy To Think Of A Title, a wonderful play written by talented young writer April Kelley which tells the stories of life in London in the 21st century.

With an ensemble of various characters we normally push past without a second thought, on this occasion we pause to hear the humorous, heart-warming and harrowing tales of each. Narrated by a local observer on a busy street who is concerned about the way people are living their lives, he states, "Never take life too seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway."

KinkyFish presented Too Busy To Think Of A Title in November 2011 at the Arts Depot, London.
